200 Reading Challenge

Please help us celebrate Washington County's Bicentennial by joining the 200 Reading Challenge at the Washington County and Sam Mitchell Public Libraries! Starting on March 1, 2025, young readers from 0-11 years old are encouraged to read 200 books, and older children over 12 years to read for 200 hours. Prizes will be given to readers who turn their challenge sheet in to either the Washington County or Sam Mitchell library for every 25 books or 25 hours achieved on the way to 200. Readers have until December 31, 2025, to complete the challenge. Swing by the Washington County or Sam Mitchell Library to pick up your challenge sheet to get started!
