Meet Curtis Williams, Nashville Recording Christian Country artist from Panama City, Florida. He grew up working in the produce field and at their family-owned produce stand with his grandpa, which instilled hard work and perseverance into him as a young man. Music was passed down from his dad, who always had a guitar in his hand and was a roadie for the Oak Ridge Boys. His dad bought Curtis his first guitar at age 15, and it rarely left his hands for 3 hours a day or more. He would play until his fingers bled, and the love of music got into his blood which turned into a passion for chasing a music career. This would eventually lead Curtis down the path of an artist who traveled and performed at a wide range of venues spanning the Southeast. Naturally, his sound developed from a combination of his Christian upbringing and his country music influence that spanned from Merle Haggard to Josh Turner and the Hinsons to Jason Crabb. This created a gifted Christian Country artist and songwriter.
Eventually, his travel took him to Nashville where he recorded his first single, "Wasted Prayers", that hit #1 on the Christian Country charts! His upcoming EP will feature a few original songs written about his faith, his family, and his own struggle with depression and addiction. His songs display realness and vulnerability with the intent of sharing the message that there is hope in the future and for overcoming struggles.
